The 'brain' inside StarterGuard (TM) works 24/7 monitoring the voltage in the battery. When it detects that the voltage is becoming too low (lights, radio or other vehicle accessory being left on accidentally, etc.), it automatically disengages the electrical system to prevent further drainage.
